How to place an order?

  • A user needs to click on ‘Shop’ button
  • On the top the categories will be visible
  • Select any category in which we require a product. On the product tile there will be ‘Buy Now’ option
  • Select the variant and click on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy with cash on delivery’ option
  • Once the product is added to cart, the user will be able to view the product. They can add the coupon code (if received any)
  • Under the shipping details, the user needs to add mobile number, name and the address where the product is required and click on ‘Place order’
  • Once the order is placed, the user gets the text message on WhatsApp.

How to track order?

  • A user needs to click on ‘Shop’ button
  • On the top left side click on three horizontal lines
  • Scroll the page and click on ‘Track Order’

Return policy

  • We have a 5-days easy return policy.

Reason for returning the order:

  • Wrong Product Received
  • Defective Product Received
  • Incorrect Quantity Received
  • Incorrect Variant/Size/Colour Received
  • If the size is not mentioned on the product and the customer claims that it does not fit
  • Change my mind
  • Quality issue.
