WhatsApp campaign offer – 01st Dec 2025
The team is currently running a WhatsApp campaign where DSs may receive communication regarding an additional ₹5 bonus for each delivered order.
This bonus amount will be calculated and included in the regular payout cycle. No separate payment sheet will be shared. The bonus will be visible in the weekly payout details accordingly.
Process Update Return Link – 13th November 2025
The DS now has the option to trigger a return message to their buyer via WhatsApp or copy the text and send it through any other mode of communication. They need to click on the [dot] icon and select the option to trigger the message.
Payment Sheet Error – 13th November 2025
If any DS states that the RTO charges are showing twice for a single order, inform them that due to a technical glitch, it is reflecting twice and the entry was made twice in the system. However, the deduction has been made only once for the order.
Process Update – Payment Sheet Download 11th November 2025
DS will be able to download the payment details by Wednesday EOD. If any DS approaches before Wednesday, inform them to wait, as the data will be uploaded in the payment history by Wednesday EOD.
Source a Product (Clout App) 6th Nov 2025 11:30 PM
Now, Dropshippers can view their Source Product History directly on the Clout platform. Feature Overview: A new section named “Sourcing Request History” has been added at the bottom of the Source a Product page. Dropshippers can now view all their previous sourcing requests along with their current status (e.g., under review, request raised, sourced or closed).
Roposo Clout ‘Help Center’ (FAQ) – 21st May 2025 10:37 AM
A new tab, ‘Help Center (FAQ)’, has been introduced in the Clout app. Dropshippers are encouraged to refer to the FAQs, as this will support self-learning and help them set up and manage their dropshipping business smoothly.
Product for testing (19th May 2025 11:46 AM)
The ‘Products for Testing’ program allows you to test select products and earn special testing benefits. This helps you discover promising new hero products that you can scale for attractive profits. Which products come under the Testing Product Program? Please click on the section titled ‘Product for Testing / Get Exciting Benefits’ located at the top-left corner of the homepage. Under the ‘Explore Testing Products’ section, users can view all products that are part of the testing program.
Note – Before directing the DS to the KAM, please inform them to refer ‘Testing Program Terms & Conditions’ available in the Clout app.
Benefits – Extra Shipping Discount: Receive an extra shipping discount on successfully testing the product. a. 1 – 100 orders: ₹60 (per delivered order) + No RTO Penalty b. 101 – 250 orders: ₹30 (per delivered order) c. 251 – 1,000 orders: ₹20 (per delivered order)
How it works –
1. You will get a 21-day period to test these products, starting from the day you push the product to Shopify. 2. You will receive testing benefits based on the orders placed during this 21-day period. The bonus amount will be paid only on delivered orders. 3. Testing benefits will apply on the first 1000 orders placed per testing product. 4. Shipping discount will be processed at the end of the month.
Shipping discount and payout calculation –
For Example, Testing Period starts on 1st Mar 2025 → Ends after 21 days on 21st Mar 2025. Assuming 600 orders are placed during this time and delivered gradually with 60% delivery rate in each of the slabs, the payouts are processed at month-end based on orders delivered in that month. The payout will be as follows:
Note: Pending deliveries from Month 1, which get delivered in Month 2, will be paid in Month 2 based on their order placement slabs. If the testing period spans across two months, the total shipping discount amount will be split into two monthly payouts. Payouts will be processed at the end of the month on the basis of the delivery rate of each slab.
RTO Charges – (19th May 2025 – 10:52 AM)
RTO charges vary from product to product. To check the applicable RTO charges, the user needs to select the specific product. The RTO and return charges will be visible on the product page under the respective section.
Login Module – Business & Marketplace model (19th May 2025 10:41 AM)
As part of the onboarding process, dropshippers will be required to choose between two login models based on their business preferences. It is essential to guide them appropriately during this stage, as the selection has long-term implications. 1) Business Model (GST Registered) This option is for dropshippers who have a GST-registered business. Providing a valid GST number is mandatory during registration. Important Note: Once the Business Model is selected, it becomes permanent and cannot be switched to the Marketplace Model later.
2) Marketplace Model (Non-GST) This option is suitable for dropshippers who do not have a GST number. In this model, GST details are not required for registration. Ideal for individual sellers or those just starting out without a registered business.
Testing Product Feature 27th Nov, 12:28 pm
We’re excited to roll out a brand-new feature called ‘Testing Products’ on the Roposo Clout app! I know many of you have already noticed it and have questions. Don’t worry—I’m here to clarify everything.
What is ‘Testing Products’? Dropshippers often ask their KAMs for trending product codes but shy away from exploring new options. To encourage them to try fresh products and gain valuable experience, we’ve introduced the ‘Testing Products’ feature.
How to Get Started? For KAM Accounts: Ask dropshippers to connect with their KAM, who will explain the feature in detail. For Non-KAM Accounts: Share the registered contact details with Pankaj Vishwakarma, and we’ll take care of the rest!
What Happens After Connecting with the KAM? The KAM will guide the dropshipper on how to use the feature. They’ll also track promoted products, recording details such as the DS ID, product code, and start date of testing for analysis and insights.
Bonus Eligibility Dropshippers can reach out to their KAM to learn more about bonus eligibility.
