- A potential dropshipper must have their own website
- An Account on Shopify
- When opening an account with Shopify, the user must provide their personal information, link their website, and choose a package
- Once the account has been created, the dropshipper must make adjustments to the settings sections.

- The dropshipper must enable (turn on) cash on delivery and the prepaid method.


Taxes and duties:
- The drop-shipper must pick India as the nation and enter zero in all states so additional GST will not be charged
- After completing all of the settings, the dropshipper should select the ‘Apps’ option
- The dropshipper must install the Roposo Clout app. The dropshipper must input a 10 digit active phone number while installing the app since a one-time password is generated and the account is established after the password is verified
- Dropshipper needs to update the bank details in the clout profile page. They are suggested to update the bank details for any banks other than Ewallets and Paytm
- The drop-shipper will now see a wide variety of products
- They must specify the selling price including the margin amount after clicking on the selected goods/products. After that, user must click the ‘Push to Shopify’ button
- The dropshipper can also run advertisements on any social media network. The fees are assessed based on the platform on which the advertisements are shown. There is no fee for using Roposo Clout!
- The dropshipper can also sign up for additional training to learn more about the product and procedure.


Delivery:
- Once the order is approved, it is dispatched within 24 hours. From the time the order is approved until it is delivered, it takes 7 working days. (depending on the type of location)
Returns Reasons:
- Wrong Product Received
- Defective Product Received
- Incorrect Quantity Received
- Incorrect Variant/Size/Colour Received
- Change in mind
- Quality issue
- If the size is not mentioned on the product and the customer claims that it does not fit.
How to raise return request:
- Dropshipper needs to visit ‘Manage Orders’ tab
- Under the ‘Delivered’ tab, dropshipper needs to click on the sub-tab ‘Closed’
- Under the ‘Action’ column they can find the ‘Returns’ button.
