Key Account Manager:

  • We do have a KAM assignment criteria that is approved by the Category Manager
  • If at all a dropshipper who does not fulfil the criteria requires a KAM, you are required to highlight this to your immediate leader.

Daily Remittance:

  • The daily remittance cycle runs from Saturday to Friday
  • The payment must be at least Rs. 5001 (equivalent to 80% of the daily processing amount)
  • The hold amount will be recorded in the negative on our daily remittance summary sheet, while the amount placed on un-hold will be reported in the positive
  • FAD is an abbreviation for First Attempt Delivery
  • The RTO penalty charges column depicts the current RTO penalty structure
  • If we receive any new dropshipper requests to include in our daily remittance routine, we should email the Category Manager for permission. The Finance Department will include the dropshipper in their daily report, if approved.
